CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19

During this difficult time we have had to make some changes to our business.  At present we are still able to send out items that do not need hallmarking, these are available in the shop.  Dispatch and delivery times are slower than usualy and it make take up to 10 working days to receive your items.  If you need something in a hurry be sure to message before ordering to check we have resources to make immediately.

We know you cannot wait to receive your Sable Cloud items and do our best to dispatch your handmade order quickly (within five working days or quicker). Please note that the wait for items that require Hallmarking may be up to two weeks.  However, we do hold some items in stock, these will be dispatched within one working day. If you need something sending out straight away, please check with us by emailing [email protected] before ordering.

UK Orders
Your order automatically qualifies for our UK Free shipping service.  Items are sent dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class Signed for service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guarenteed service is available as a paid shipping upgrade to include insurance on the item(s). This does not necessarily mean your item will arrive the next day as this depends on dispatch time.
Orders are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day as ordering. If you need something sending out quickly please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
If your order has not arrived more than 13 working days after you receive the dispatch email, please first check with neighbours and your local postal sorting office before contacting us to investigate further.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address being entered at the checkout.
If an item is lost in transit, automatic refunds or replacements will only be made if the item was sent using Special Delivery Guaranteed service.

UK delivery options

International Orders
International shipping is for any Item(s) being shipped outside of the United Kingdom (UK). There are two shipping options to choose from, please select at checkout.
International Standard (Europe and Rest of the World) does not include insurance on the item(s).
International Tracked and Signed delivery service (Europe and Rest of World) includes insurance on the item(s).

The local authorities in your country may charge you customs and import taxes. These are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Your order may be the subject to a customs delay as your local authority assesses your parcel. We cannot predict or control these delays and therefore cannot give you a guarantee for the delivery of your order.

International Delivery Details


Estimated international delivery times are as follows:

Europe within three to five working days from dispatch date.
Rest of the world within five to seven working days from dispatch date.

While we work hard to ensure you receive your items within the time frame promised, once items are dispatched the control of their delivery is with the carrier(s).
